Repair
and Warranty Information
All Beam Imaging Solution products are sold with a 1 year warranty except for
microchannel (MCP) plates and phosphor screens. These items are shipped fully
insured from the factory. All products should be fully inspected for damage on
arrival so that claims for damage can be made as soon as possible to the
shipping company. A return authorization number must be obtained
before sending a product to Beam Imaging Solutions. Products should be packaged
in original package containers and shipped prepaid to address shown below.
REPAIRS
Beam Imaging Solutions offers repairs on all goods sold and will
strive to repair damaged products as soon as possible. In general, products
should be returned to the factory for evaluation and a quotation will be offered
for the repair. A return authorization number must be obtained before
sending a product to Beam Imaging Solutions. Products should be packaged in
original package containers and shipped prepaid to address shown below.
